I built my own custom CNC foam cutting machine so I can take nearly any file you may have and convert it to a file that I can cut in 3D foam. The options are limited only to your imagination. My foam channel letters are a very affordable replacement to the standard pan channel channel letters in metal. I use my special hard coating as well as a face of aluminum composite cut with a cnc router to finish the piece off. This option costs up to half the cost of traditional channel letters.
